Deb Murray, EXSS Faculty member and Aquatics Director in the Exercise and Sport Science Department recently received the 2011 Outstanding Faculty/UNC Advisor Award at the UNC-CH Greek Excellence Awards ceremony. Deb is the faculty advisor for Phi Beta Chi Sorority and has won the award in 2008 and 2009 as well. Phi Beta Chi Sorority also won the Chapter Progress Award which is a testament of the wonderful leadership and mentoring that Deb provides the sisters in serving their school and community.
