Campus Life Event (CLE)

Application process for EXSS sponsorship for Campus Life Experiences

1. Sponsoring group completes form and sends it via email to EXSS Undergraduate Services Coordinator (UGSC) – Lacey Singletary (lsingle@email.unc.edu)
   1. Must have EXSS faculty sponsor support at time of application
   2. Must be submitted no less than 1 month prior to the event
2. UGSC reviews for completeness and sends to Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) for review – JD DeFreese (defreese@email.unc.edu)
3. DUS sends to Chair for review
4. Chair sends completed form to UGSC
5. UGSC notifies student group of review outcome
   1. If approved by EXSS, UGSC will submit to Heel Life team for review
      1. UGSC notifies student group of Heel Life review outcome
   2. If not approved, group is given grace period of 1 week to revise and resubmit
