Meg Pomerantz is currently a lecturer in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science.  Prior to that she was the Project Director for the Carolina Collaborative for Research on Work and Health (CCRWH) and CDC funded Workplace Health Research Network (WHRN) at UNC’s Gillings School of Global Public Health. Previously, she served as a Research Associate at the Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center in the Department of Biostatistics and as an IRB Coordinator for the Office of Human Research Ethics at UNC-CH. Prior to working at Gillings, Meg was as an instructor in EXSS and served as the Director of the Lifetime Fitness Program. She has also worked as the Director at the Duke Faculty Club, a recreation facility for Duke University employees and their families. Meg earned her Master of Arts degree in exercise and sport science from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
