Membership Types

• Distinguished Partner ($1,000 & Up)
• Executive Partner ($500-$999)
• Premier Member ($250-$499)
• Supporting Member ($100-$249)
• Contributing Member ($60-$99)
• Student Member  ($25)

To Apply Online Follow these steps

1. Select a membership level from the list above.
2. Click the the following link to the College of Arts and Sciences Make a Gift Payment Gateway.
3. Select "College of Arts and Sciences" under the Please select a school/unit/program drop-down menu.
4. In the Gift Designation box, select Other from the “Select a University Fund” drop-down menu.
5. For the Department or Fund, enter “College Sport Research Institute” and your “intended membership level”
6. Enter the amount corresponding to the selected membership level.

To Donate Online Follow these steps

1. Click the the following link to the College of Arts and Sciences Make a Gift Payment Gateway.
2. In the Gift Designation box, select “Other” from the “Select a University Fund” drop-down menu.
3. For the Department or Fund, enter "College Sport Research Institute".
4. Enter the amount you’d like to donate to CSRI.
